How to Prepare, Schedule and Launch a WhatsApp Campaign Use WhatsApp Campaigns to send an approved template to selected groups. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BEFORE YOU START * Check the connected account. * Prepare an approved template and the intended groups. * Include eligible opted-in recipients and respect opt-outs. * Review current account charges and the WhatsApp messaging policy [https://business.whatsapp.com/policy]. * Launch can send real messages and incur charges. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STEP 1: CREATE THE CAMPAIGN 1. Open WhatsApp Campaigns → New campaign. 2. Enter Campaign name. 3. Choose the Approved template and language. 4. Select the intended Groups. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STEP 2: FILL TEMPLATE VARIABLES * Use Fixed value for the same value in every message. * Use Contact field to take the value from each contact. * Check the required data exists. * Review all variables and the preview. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STEP 3: SET LIMITS AND SCHEDULE * Set Daily sending limit. * This processing cap does not guarantee Meta limits, speed or delivery. * Set Schedule time if needed. * Review the displayed date/time for your working environment. * Choose Create. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- STEP 4: REVIEW AND LAUNCH 1. Check the campaign’s template, status and recipient count. 2. Check the audience and variables again. 3. Start with a small internal test audience where practical. 4. Choose Launch only when ready. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CREATING AND LAUNCHING ARE SEPARATE * Creating a draft does not replace the launch step. * When launched, processing uses the saved schedule if provided. * Do not test message wording on a live customer list. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MONITOR RESULTS * Review Sent, Failed and campaign status. * Sent does not prove a read, order or payment. * Inspect failures before trying again. Avoid duplicate campaigns/sends. * Recipient deduplication does not replace consent or an accurate audience.
