How to Update Store Details, Currency and Store Status

Use Settings → General to edit the basic store details shown in this form.

UPDATE THE STORE PROFILE

 1. Review Store Name.
 2. Check WhatsApp Number.
 3. Review Currency and Store Status.
 4. Read the explanation beside Store Status.
 5. Choose Save Changes in General.
 6. Wait for success and open My Store.

BEFORE CHANGING CURRENCY

 * Check how your existing prices and payment setup should be handled.
 * Do not assume old amounts are converted automatically.
 * Ask support if you are unsure.

WHERE TO CHANGE OTHER DETAILS

 * Logo, header, colours and footer: Design → Common.
 * Homepage search details: Settings → SEO.
 * Domain: Settings → Domains.
 * Delivery areas and fees: Settings → Shipping & Delivery.
 * Stock location: Settings → Inventory.
 * Subscription invoice address: Billing Address in the Billing flow.

BUSINESS DETAILS FROM SIGNUP

 * The current setup asks for required logo/address information.
 * The General form does not edit every signup field.
 * Contact support if a required business detail has no editing control.

IF CHANGES ARE MISSING

 * Check you saved the correct section.
 * Saving one tab does not save other unsaved tabs.
 * Reload your storefront and check the name, contact and status.
 * Ask the owner to check permissions if you cannot edit.
