How to Find Customer Details

Use Customers to find the customer records available for your store.

FIND A CUSTOMER

 1. Open Customers.
 2. Search by name or phone.
 3. Review the name, phone, city and pincode.
 4. Use pagination or change the number shown per page if needed.

WHAT CAN I CHANGE HERE?

 * The current page is a list and search view.
 * It has no general customer-editing or customer-CSV import form.
 * For a genuine manual order, use Create Order and its customer/address
   controls.
 * Review order details from the order itself.

IF A CUSTOMER IS MISSING

 * Clear search and try another name/phone format.
 * Confirm you are in the intended store.
 * Check your Customers permission.
 * A visitor, anonymous cart or WhatsApp contact may not be a customer record in
   this list.

USING CUSTOMER DETAILS

 * Use the details for the relevant business task.
 * A customer record alone does not confirm permission to send marketing
   messages.
