How to Customize Your Homepage Banner Images

Use banners to show products, collections or offers on your homepage.

STEP 1: OPEN BANNER SETTINGS

 1. Choose Design in the dashboard header.

 2. Open Home Page → Banner.

 3. Turn Enable banners on.

 4. Choose Add Banner.

STEP 2: ADD THE BANNER

 1. Upload your image.

 2. Add a destination link if needed.

 3. Choose the device option shown.

 4. Complete any text, button or colour fields offered by your template.

 5. Choose Save Banner.

STEP 3: CHECK DESKTOP AND MOBILE

 * Use the Desktop and Mobile controls.

 * Check image crops and readable text.

 * Review Desktop Banner Height and Mobile Banner Height.

 * Drag banners within a device group to change the order.

 * Use the edit/delete controls for an existing banner.

STEP 4: SAVE THE DESIGN

 1. Choose the Design Studio Save Changes action.

 2. Wait for success.

 3. Open My Store and check the banner and its link.

ADD AN IMAGE BANNER INSIDE THE PAGE

 * Use Add image banner in the home-page layout controls.

 * Enter the banner name and optional link.

 * Upload desktop and mobile images and set their heights.

 * Enable the banner, arrange its position and save the design.

 * This section is separate from the top hero slider.

IF A BANNER IS MISSING

 * Check Enable banners or Enable image banner.

 * Check the correct device view and image upload.

 * Save both the banner dialog and overall design.

 * Follow any image validation shown by your selected template.
