Use Credits to review your balance and credit transactions.

What credits can be used for

  • Supported OTP and WhatsApp charges.
  • Wallet-based billing payments where offered.
  • Availability and charges depend on your account and service.

Add funds

  1. Open Credits and review Current Balance.
  2. Choose Add Funds.
  3. Enter Account Holder Name.
  4. Enter an amount within the form’s displayed limits.
  5. Review and complete the online checkout if you intend to add those funds.
  6. Return and wait for payment verification.
  7. Check the balance and transaction list.

Check the payment result

  • The current checkout uses Cashfree.
  • Opening checkout does not confirm a successful top-up.
  • Check the transaction before repeating a payment.

Review credit transactions

  • Check the description and amount for each balance change.
  • Use Billing for subscription invoices and status.
  • A credit transaction and a subscription invoice are different records.

If money was debited but credits are missing

  • Allow the verification result to complete.
  • Do not submit repeated top-ups.
  • Contact support with the payment reference, amount and time.
  • Do not share card details or OTPs.

Check current service charges

  • Use current pricing from your account/service.
  • Do not rely on old message-price examples.
  • A positive balance does not grant every feature or permission to send marketing.
